• Sharing data with third parties who do not have an active RealGreatDevs subscription, including but not limited to contractors, consultants, partners, or affiliates
• Exporting or downloading bulk data for any purpose other than your immediate hiring needs
• Creating databases or contact lists for use beyond your immediate hiring needs
• Using data for marketing purposes other than direct recruitment communication

Data Sharing Within Organizations: Data may only be shared within your organization among employees who require access for legitimate hiring purposes and who are bound by confidentiality obligations equivalent to these Terms.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RealGreatDevs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. All developer data, profiles, and aggregated information accessed through the Service remain the intellectual property of RealGreatDevs.

8. Subscription and Payment

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RealGreatDevs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

12. Enforcement and Penalties

RealGreatDevs takes violations of these Terms, particularly data usage restrictions, very seriously. Upon discovery of any violation:

• Immediate Account Suspension: Your access will be immediately suspended pending investigation
• Account Termination: Confirmed violations will result in permanent account termination without refund
• Financial Penalties: Violations may result in liquidated damages of up to $50,000 per incident, plus any actual damages
• Legal Action: We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief and attorney's fees
• Industry Reporting: Serious violations may be reported to industry organizations and regulatory bodies
